Return claims are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Defective Returns

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please call or email us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 7 working days from date of purchase with a return authorization number.
  • Upon return to our warehouse a product must be diagnosed “defective” by our Technical support department before we can accept the return. If the item is claimed to be defective and after testing is found not to be fault y, a 10% handling fee for the return will be applicable. Defective items are to then be reported and sent back to our manufacturer for further testing. A like for like product exchanged will then be arranged on confirmation of the technical fault found.Incorrect Order Returns
  • If you have placed an order for the incorrect products or you have changed your mind about the purchase you have 7 working days from date of purchase to email or call us for a return authorization number. No return will be accepted without returns authorization. We will only accept returns for items that are 100% in original, unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals and accessories included.
  • All returns may be subject to a 10% handling fee if another replacement order with the same value is not placed. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on any returns.
  • Costa Lambrianos (PTY) LTD reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet the requirements set out in this policy.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the items to the Costa Lambrianos Branch where the items were purchased. Items can only be credited once approved with a return authorization number and items received in our warehouse.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure items are properly and securely packed to avoid any damage while en – route to our warehouse

Returns Instructions

  • Please email sales@c-l.co.za or your respective account manager that processed your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping/returning your items
  • NO returns will be accepted without a RA number
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 business days after issue and items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from issuing the RA number
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a courier that can provide proof of delivery for your protection
  • Once the return is processed and approved, a credit to your account will be issued – this may take up to 14 days in some cases where further investigation is needed
  • The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items
